Notice is hereby given that the Executive Director: Place, Planning & Regeneration is to be asked to make a key decision on 16 April 2022 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Children and Young People’s Weight Management Service

SERVICE AREA: Place, Planning & Regeneration

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

To consider commissioning an external organisation to develop and deliver an accessible children and young people’s tier 2 weight management service that will support overweight and obese children to reduce their BMI centile and learn how to maintain a healthier weight.

ISSUE REFERENCE: I105967

The Executive Director: Place, Planning & Regeneration will be considering a report prepared by or on behalf of the .  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
